Bharat Binyani – Vice President (bharat@piperserica.com)

• Prior to joining Piper Serica, served as manager in the assurance and business advisory group of Price Waterhouse Coopers (India), one of the world’s big four Accounting and Consulting firms.
• Worked with various industries including healthcare, hospitality, consumer oriented branded goods and core manufacturing.
• Good understanding of the process flow of business and expertise in analyzing financials.
